Lose a dress size in four weeks – with PICTURE you can do it!

Tomorrow (Monday the 23rd of May) the 4-week fitness program at BILDplus starts with BILD weight loss coach and personal trainer Christian Blisse. Then the fitness professional provides two full body workouts a week (Mondays and Thursdays) AND regular nutrition tips that will make you fitter and slimmer. Fitness beginners or experienced – anyone can train from home.

Four PICTURE readers will be accompanying us during this time and can hardly wait for it to get underway.

“I really have a hard time losing weight. The main reason is quite clearly that I do not train enough. I sit either at my desk or in the car. I have just started playing tennis again, but I am definitely not in shape and after training I have a lot of joint pain because I weigh too much and I do not have enough muscle strength. With periodic fasting, I lost eight kilos from January to Easter, but then I quickly got it back. I am completely motivated to get started with the PICTURE fitness program and finally get fitter. “Since I stopped studying and started working, I have been sitting in the office all day. When I get home, it’s incredibly hard for me to get together and play sports. The sofa is simply much more tempting. I try to go to the gym once a week, but it works quite rarely. The corona period did not exactly make it better either, I just became even more sluggish. My goal now is to get slimmer, lose weight especially on my stomach and stop getting irritated when I see the fat deposits in the mirror. “My weight was my best kept secret. Now I’m trying something new – I’m not hiding anymore! It feels like I have tried all the diets and diet changes, but the pounds will not drop. As soon as the enjoyment suffers, I give up counting calories and weighing meals. I would like to enjoy light food, but it is only possible with exercise. For my metabolism is a sleeping pill. EMS training once a week is not enough for me to lose weight. For more self-love, I just need a few inches smaller waist circumference. Losing two kilos in four weeks would be nice and hopefully realistic. In the long run, I will stay on the ball and get under 90 kg. “
