The Chinese manufacturer Lenovo presents ten different yoga devices for the summer of 2022. As the German headquarters in Stuttgart also reports, this includes a climate neutral, an extremely robust and a tuned model. There is also an all-in-one desktop with a 27-inch screen. They all have the latest technology and software in common, as well as further enhanced AI-based features for more security and comfort.
“Hybrid living is the new norm that inspired us to create this new generation of Lenovo Yoga devices. Our goal is to enable more people to consume, create and collaborate on their own terms,” said Ouyang Jun, Lenovo. vice president and general. head of the Intelligent Devices Group. “We designed and developed the new Yoga PCs with smarter features and an even higher quality user experience to help people pursue their ambitions, relax and do things their own way.”
The Yoga Slim 9i with 14-inch OLED touchscreen is carbon neutral and is aimed at environmentally conscious people who do not want to compromise on mobile luxury, first-class entertainment features and AI-assisted performance. The 14.9 mm thick cabinet is covered in 3D glass and promises a comfortable and pleasant feeling with rounded, smooth contours.

Depending on the model, the Yoga Slim 9i has a resolution of up to 4K in 16:10 format and uses four speakers from Bowers & Wilkins. The optional OLED display brings ultra-sharp details and clarity as well as rich, photorealistic colors – from deep black levels to vibrant tones. The Vesa-certified screen HDR True Black 500 can display over a billion colors with a color depth of 10 bits and full color scale according to DCI-P3.
Powered by Intel Evo with 12th generation Intel Core processors, Lenovo AI Core 2.0 also enhances performance and security, including hardware-level encryption. Depending on the task and system load, the AI engine can dynamically adjust fan and hardware speeds to optimize and accelerate performance.
The Yoga Slim 7i Pro X and Yoga Slim 7 Pro X offer tuned performance in a 14-inch format. Weighing less than 1.6 kg, they can be carried almost anywhere and still provide the performance required for digital content creation. In addition to the latest generation processors from AMD or Intel (7i), maximum 32 GB LPDDR5 RAM and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 portable GPU with Nvidia Studio validation, there is also Lenovo X Power. With thermal design, X Power offers specific settings for different usage scenarios, increasing benchmarks for maximum CPU and GPU performance.

Lenovo is installing a 3K 14.5-inch PureSight display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and an optional touch screen, which should ensure a precise color palette and richer tones. It has hardware-calibrated 100 percent sRGB color space coverage as well as TÜV Blue Light certification to reduce eye strain. Not only gamers are happy with the installed Lenovo AI Engine + on the new Yoga Slim 7i Pro and 7 Pro, which stands for optimal cooling depending on the requirements.
The 13-inch Yoga Slim 7i Carbon weighs less than a kilogram and is only 14.8 mm wide at the narrowest point. For durability, it comes with a magnesium alloy reinforced with multilayer carbon fiber. The lightness, the three two-tone color options and the borderless keyboard with larger touchpad mean it can go anywhere.

With the optional Lenovo PureSight 13.3-inch touch screen and 90 Hz refresh rate, an expanded color palette and more precise, hardware-calibrated toner with 100 percent sRGB color space are available. In addition to the 16:10 aspect ratio, the PureSight 8-bit color screen also comes with TÜV Hardware Low Blue Light certification.
Lenovo is also announcing an update to the 14-inch Yoga Slim 7 Pro with an AMD CPU and the Slim 7i Pro with an Intel processor. Made for all-round use, they come in a sleek aluminum housing in light or dark gray. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 portable graphics processor promises spectacular colors on the optional PureSight OLED display, possibly enhanced by Dolby Vision and 100 percent sRGB color space.

The larger 16-inch Yoga Slim 7 Pro and Yoga 7i Pro models feature a 2.5K IPS display with up to 165 Hz refresh rate for smooth gameplay and video editing. The AMD-powered Yoga Slim 7 Pro is graphically supported by an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti portable GPU with Nvidia Studio Validation. An Intel Arc A370M graphics card is at work in the Yoga Slim 7i Pro for faster image generation.

All Yoga Slim 7 Pro and Yoga Slim 7i Pro laptops are equipped with intelligent features such as Smart Performance, which can dynamically adjust power consumption and battery life. This should give users access to powerful performance at all times – whether at home or on the go.
The new Lenovo Yoga 7 is a versatile 14-inch convertible notebook designed for entertainment and creativity. It is housed as an entertainment powerhouse and features AMD Ryzen 6000 series processors and 16:10 OLED touchscreen display. Also available are Dolby Vision, a hardware-based blue light suppression and Dolby Atmos for space-filling sound through four speakers.

The optional Active Pen is the perfect accessory for being creative, sketching or taking notes. Productivity is increased by the four usage modes and intelligent features such as noise reduction during video calling.
The new Yoga AIO 7 is designed for people who work from home and are creative. The adaptable 27-inch 4K IPS screen rotates, lifts and tilts effortlessly 90 degrees with one finger via its flexible hinge design for the perfect viewing angle.

The all-in-one desktop computer has the performance that matches with an AMD Ryzen 6000 series mobile processor, up to 32 GB DDR5 RAM, 1 TB PCIe SSD and optional AMD Radeon RX 6600M graphics. The two 5W speakers from JBL integrated in the base minimize distortion through the passive radiator design and upgrade the Yoga AIO 7 to a home entertainment system.

As with the smart TV, users can wirelessly project their smartphone image onto the desktop screen to watch videos, scroll through images or surf social media. Bluetooth 5.0 and WiFi 6 ensure fast data flow. A compatible notebook can also be connected via the rechargeable USB Type-C port on the Yoga AIO 7, so that both devices can be operated during charging.
Developed by Absolute Software Corporation, this cloud-based security software gives users security in case of PC theft and gives them more control over the data stored on their device. Lenovo Smart Lock can track and locate the last known location of your Lenovo device using either a web browser or a mobile app.
In addition, the device can be remotely locked against unauthorized access, and even sensitive files can be deleted with the data deletion feature. Absolute’s dedicated investigation team promises to help with recovery by working closely with local law enforcement.
The new 7th generation Yoga notebooks in Europe, the Middle East and Africa come standard with the Lenovo CO2 Offset Service, a verified service that takes into account the average carbon emissions associated with each device. Lenovo also offers Premium Care Plus, personal hardware and software support plus protection against accidental damage, sealed battery warranty, data migration assistance and more.
