There is a bag check at the entrances, the city asks you not to bring large bags or backpacks in the first place. Due to the celebration, the Rindermarkt, Fischbrunnen and Dienerstrasse metro departures will remain closed. If Marienplatz is too full, the metro no longer stops at the station, but goes straight through.
