The Kardashian sisters are known for heavily edited photos, but have shared glimpses of their real, post-baby bodies over the years.
Fans watched Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner give birth and document their journey back to their bodies.
Kourtney, 43, – the oldest of the Kardashian clan – was the first to give birth.

The pregnancy was documented on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and the spin-off series Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.
She became pregnant again, this time with her daughter Penelope, who was born in 2012.
Kim, 41, was the second to conceive and welcomed her first child with Kanye West – daughter North – in 2013.
She continued to welcome three more children, even though she only carried one on her own. The other two were born via surrogate mother.
The KKW beauty mogul documented her pregnancy battles for fans and often talked about her weight gain with North and son Saint.

The Kardashian family continued to grow, and Kylie and boyfriend Travis Scott adopted their second child in 2021.
However, it is not only the pregnancies that interest fans.
The Kardashians have all been honest about their postpartum progress, taking fans to the gym, showing their diets and documenting their struggles.
Here’s a look at all the times the Kardashian family has shown off their REAL post-baby bodies.
Kourtney may be more private than her sisters, but she’s not afraid to show off her body.
It was not long before the Poosh founder returned to her usual positions after the birth of her first child in 2009.
She documented the process, even though she was not as careful as she did with some of her other children.
Then in 2010, a magazine cover appeared with a picture of Kourtney and her oldest child.
It was claimed that she had lost her baby weight – a claim she was quick to dismiss.
OKAY! The magazine claimed at the time that Kourtney had quickly lost a significant amount of baby weight.
It also said she only put on 26 pounds. during her pregnancy.
Kourtney later told Women’s Wear Daily: “They manipulated and photoshopped my body to make it look like I had already lost all the weight, which I have not.”
She further expressed her reluctance towards the front page on Twitter and wrote at the time: “One of the weekly newspapers was wrong again … they did not have an exclusive with me.
“And I put on 40 pounds during pregnancy, not 26 … But thank you.”
Kourtney went on to show off her body in all its glory on social media, posing in swimwear, sharing cozy snaps with baby Mason and more.
After Penelope was born, she had even more weight to lose.
She shared with fans that she put on 44 pounds. and she started practicing yoga, working out in the gym and rocking with a waist trainer to lose weight and get back to her usual petite figure.
She credited Sister Kim for getting her butt in shape again when she E! so: “If she had not planned the training, I probably would not have been so motivated.”
Kourtney has documented much of this journey on social media.
She also proudly showed the result of the hard work online.
During both her pregnancy with North and son Saint, Kim met criticism from fans for how much she had put on weight.
She spoke openly with fans about her personal struggles with the changes in her body and documented the process of returning to her body before giving birth.
In 2016, she chatted about postpartum body image on her now defunct app.
She wrote at the time: “Having a positive self-image has always been important to me because it affects so many aspects of my life: my job, my relationship with my husband and my life as a mother.”
During his pregnancy with North, the SKIMS founder put on about £ 50.
It took her six months to lose weight – which consistently documented her progress.
She shared significantly less than she did after Saint, and later admitted that she had a harder time accepting her body the first time.
She said, “During my first pregnancy, I just wanted to cover up.
“I was not used to the way I felt pregnant, and honestly I had a hard time getting comfortable with it.”
Kim added: “The second time, it was easier for me to embrace the changes. I loved finding looks that showed my pregnancy curves.”
After Saint, Kim needed to lose 70 pounds, which was not easy.
“After having Saint, I decided to set goals. I was motivated, but it was hard!” she said.
“It is not easy to recover. I was so jealous of women who had these cute little baby bumps and put on 25 kilos – and then a few weeks after the birth looked pretty much the same as they did before the pregnancy lol. It is not me.”
She started hitting hard in the gym after her son was born, often documenting her workouts on Instagram and Snapchat for accountability.
She told PEOPLE at the time that she reduced her calorie intake to 1,800 calories a day and started the Atkins 40 plan.
Kim mapped out her progress from start to finish, showing the early days of her training and the bottom line.
She continues to train hard in the gym, but no longer has to worry about baby weight.
Khloe has often spoken out about her body image, her attempts to lose weight and more.
After receiving True, her only daughter, she revealed that she weighed more than 200 pounds.
Along with sisters Kim and Kourtney, Khloe got in top physical shape through intense training.
She filmed her early training, mapped out her progress, changed her diet, and spoke openly about her setbacks.
In 2020, Khloe became really open about getting her body back after the baby.
She chatted with Kourtney on a Poosh livestream, revealing, “I love quesadillas, I love everything True eats.”
During the conversation, she reveals that she reached 203 pounds. after the birth of Trues.
She reached her goal of “about 150” and lost 60 pounds. and kept it away through the pandemic.
The secret, she said, was practice.
Khloe admitted, “In this world, I do not really see what I am eating. That does not mean I eat french fries all day.
“You never know if it’s going to happen tomorrow. I’d rather be stuck in the gym than in the kitchen.”
She emphasized focusing on small moments along the way and admitted that it was not easy to get started with the hard workouts.
Khloe said, “When I first started exercising, it was pain.
“When I was heavier and healthier, I had no idea what I was doing. I think I started two days a week for the first two weeks and then moved on to Monday, Wednesday, Friday.”
She added: “I think everyone is just like, ‘Oh, I want to train and I want to lose all that weight in two months,'” Khloé explained. “It does not work that way … It will be a long journey, but it will be the most rewarding journey.”
Although Khloe is often criticized for photographing her photos, she, along with the rest of her sisters, is also celebrated for showing her progress – the good, the bad and the ugly.
When she kept her pregnancy with Stormi hidden, Kylie has been largely private about her postpartum journey.
However, she documented everything with her son.
She was hailed by fans for “normalizing normal bodies” as she shared a photo of her tummy with the new baby’s feet on.
Her fans streamed to a Kardashians Reddit thread to show their love of sharing the reality of bodies after giving birth.
One user wrote: “As a mom, I love the rawness of this image. The stretched skin, the belly after the birth, the little extra weight. I just love it.”
Another added, “I love that she posted this. Normal bodies are normalized.”
“For women who have such great platforms, this is the kind of content we need from them! Love this so much!” wrote a third.
Another fan explained, “Honestly, this is probably the most beautiful picture she’s ever posted.”
