What effect does Vinyasa Yoga have on body and mind?
Vinyasa Yoga takes care of that unity of body and soul. Exercises: How Vinyasa Yoga works

If you are a beginner, however, it pays to complete the first few hours with a trainer on site, as your movements here can be corrected if necessary. This way you will not get unhealthy movements.
One Typical Vinyasa Yoga class often goes like this:
- Short meditation or breathing exercise and introduction to the class topic
- Sun salutations (or a variation thereof) as a warm-up
- Vinyasa Flow designed by the yoga teacher
- Shavasana (also called posture), a short rest period to extinguish your thoughts
